Yes, the sauna is private and is therefore only available to those who book it at a given time. You can make a reservation on our website using the online booking system in the Reservations section.
We only accept cash or QR code payments. Therefore, you cannot pay by card on-site.
A reservation can be canceled free of charge more than 24 hours before the start of the reservation. If canceled less than 24 hours and more than 12 hours before the start of the reservation, we charge a cancellation fee of 50%. If canceled less than 12 hours before the start of the reservation, we charge a cancellation fee of 100%.
The temperature in the sauna is not adjustable—it is maintained at a set level to ensure the proper sauna experience. If the high temperature is uncomfortable for you, we recommend shorter sessions (5–7 minutes) and cooling down more frequently in the pool or under the shower.
We can heat our sauna to a lower temperature for you and increase the humidity using a vaporizer, which is a more suitable option for people who have difficulty tolerating high temperatures. In any case, please consult your doctor in advance about the suitability of sauna use.
In addition to the shower, you can also cool off in our pool.
Yes, we offer relaxing massages on a lounger or directly in the sauna relaxation room, neck and head massage. More information about dates and price list can be found in the "Massages" section.
You can, but it is not necessary. We will lend both towels and sheets to each visitor free of charge.
Shower gel is provided in the showers, and makeup remover is available in the restroom. Just bring any personal toiletries you might need.
We also serve a selection of non-alcoholic beverages and beer. Feel free to ask our staff about the current options!
